For one of our international clients operating in the digital services and entertainment industry, we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help improve user experience across large-scale digital products.
In this role, you will play a hands-on role in designing and conducting user research that directly informs product decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Product Management, Data, and Engineering to uncover user needs, validate product concepts and features, and translate research insights into actionable recommendations.

You will join a cross-functional product team focused on building and improving digital products used by a large and diverse customer base. The team brings together product designers, product managers, engineers, and data specialists working in an Agile environment.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a key role in strengthening the research practice within the team, helping teams better understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations while contributing to the development of a strong user-centered design culture.
This is you
• 5+ years of experience in UX / User Research
• Strong hands-on experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, discovery & validation)
• Comprehensive experience with qualitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, workshops, and ethnographic research
• Proven experience owning end-to-end research projects — from planning and execution to analysis, synthesis, and presentation of insights
• Experience moderating usability tests and user interviews for digital products
• Experience managing research logistics, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and study setup
• Familiarity with remote research methodologies and tools
• Experience working closely with product development teams in Agile environments
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations
Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience with quantitative research methods and mixed-methods approaches
• Academic background (Master’s or PhD) in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
• Experience mentoring designers or supporting research practices across teams
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products
• Experience working in fast-paced product environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
This is your role
• Design and conduct hands-on qualitative and quantitative research to better understand customer needs and behaviours
• Plan and execute usability testing, interviews, and research workshops
• Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and data teams to define research questions and hypotheses
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that directly influence product decisions
• Synthesize qualitative data and present findings in a compelling way to stakeholders
• Contribute to improving research practices and ways of working within the team
• Help product teams build a deeper understanding of user needs, motivations, and pain points
