David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Croatian speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Greece.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: remote, Greece
Work model: on-site, 100%
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
Research and identify effective solutions to resolve customer issues or concerns
Serve as the first point of contact for business partners or clients, assisting with queries related to products, services, or account management
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools, systems, and procedures
Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer or partner experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent/native in Croatian with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as good proficiency in English.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply product or service knowledge effectively
Proficiency with computers and customer service tools
Eligibility to work in Greece.
