The Boomi Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere. This role is responsible for building scalable, end-to-end integration processes across systems such as NetSuite, EDI, EDW, databases, and APIs. The developer will design and implement complex data mappings for inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) transactions, manage canonical data models, develop APIs and connectors, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. The role also involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations, collaborating with stakeholders, and documenting solutions while adhering to security, governance, and enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
Build scalable, end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, EDW, databases, APIs)
Design and implement complex data mappings for inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) integrations
Develop transformation logic (conditional mapping, lookups, data enrichment)
Normalize inbound data (EDI, APIs, files) into standard formats
Transform internal/canonical data into target system or partner-specific formats
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reusable mapping logic
Manage canonical data models and system-to-system data translation
Define and maintain standardized data structures for key business objects
Enable scalable, reusable integrations by reducing point-to-point mappings
Build and manage APIs, connectors, and integration processes
Develop REST/SOAP APIs and support real-time and batch integrations
Deploy, monitor, and optimize integrations
Configure and manage Boomi Atoms/Molecules
Implement error handling, logging, and performance tuning
Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance
Gather requirements and translate business needs into integration solutions
Ensure data security, governance, and maintain documentation
Experience:
5+ years of experience in application and integration development.
Experience with Dell Boomi AtomShpere platform including building and maintaining scalable, end-to-end integrations and configuring and deploying Atoms/Molecules
Experience in Boomi data mapping and transformaiton including developing conditional mapping, lookups, data enrichment
Experience with Boomi monitorng troubleshooting, and optimation inclduing error handling, logging, performance tuning, data validation, and accuracy checks
Experience normalizing inbound data (EDI, APIs, files) and transforming outbound data and awareness of canonical data models and system-to-system translation
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as EDI, ERP, WMS, databases, or APIs
Familiarity with data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and relational databases (SQL)
Familiarity with version control and integration process frameworks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data handling
Analytical and problem-solving mindset for integration issues
