The Therapist Enablement Associate III partners with a Regional Therapist Account Manager (TAM) to support therapist engagement, productivity, and lifecycle performance across an assigned region. This role serves as the primary regional execution partner to the TAM and helps monitor therapist activity, identify utilization gaps, and support initiatives that improve fill rate, capacity, new patient availability, and overall therapist experience on the Luna platform. The TEA will receive day-to-day direction from the TAM. This role operates within a regional partnership model in which Therapist Account Managers provide day-to-day direction to Therapist Enablement Associates, while administrative supervision and performance management remain centralized within the Therapist Success & Enablement leadership structure.
Working closely with therapists and internal teams, the Therapist Enablement Associate helps ensure therapists remain active, supported, and aligned with Luna's best practices. This role plays an important part in maintaining regional supply health and supporting consistent therapist engagement across the marketplace.

Support regional performance initiatives under the direction of the Regional TAM by identifying opportunities to improve therapist utilization, fill rate, and capacity
Analyze therapist activity trends and performance data to diagnose and escalate root causes of underutilization, disengagement, or participation gaps
Monitor early indicators of therapist disengagement and support targeted outreach efforts to improve therapist engagement, reactivation, and retention in coordination with the Regional TAM
Support therapist behavior change through consultative communication, reinforcing best practices in scheduling, documentation, patient experience, and platform utilization
Surface actionable insights on therapist sentiment, operational friction, and regional trends, sharing recommendations with the TAM and relevant cross-functional partners
Communicate regularly with therapists via phone, email, text, and in-app messaging to support a positive experience, participation alignment, and regional initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally (Onboarding, Operations, Product, Support) to resolve systemic blockers impacting therapist participation and marketplace efficiency
Maintain high data integrity across therapist lifecycle tracking and use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and influencing scalable changes across workflows
2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant strongly preferred; clinical data background is a bonus.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously
Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail and goal-oriented.
Proficient in G-Suite (google docs, google sheets).
Coachability, interest in implementing feedback and dedication to improvement of your craft.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
