Church & Dwight is seeking a Replenishment Manager (Mass Channel) – Walmart to join our team. This role is responsible for driving forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and inventory health through data-driven insights and strong supply chain execution in support of our Walmart business.
The Replenishment Manager will partner closely with Walmart and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning to align on forecasts, inventory strategies, and supply chain initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong customer performance by leveraging data, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement across replenishment processes.
Remote: This role is performed on a remote basis. Occasional attendance at in-person meetings required as business needs dictate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart counterparts to align sales and promotional forecasts and supply chain initiatives.
Provide weekly reporting and business analysis to the customer, internal supply chain partners, and the sales team.
Support Sales and Category initiatives to drive continuous share growth across the business.
Use POS and trend data to anticipate demand shifts and validate customer forecast inputs to support a strong shopper experience.
Proactively manage and communicate supply chain disruptions by identifying risks, coordinating mitigation plans with internal partners, and aligning on recovery actions with the customer.
Manage inventory to meet or exceed customer goals while minimizing excess and unproductive inventory.
Conduct pre and post promotional analyses to improve future promotional performance and forecast accuracy.
Create weekly shipment forecasts for internal planning partners across key categories.
Monitor weekly vendor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and communicate findings and recommendations.
Manage order compliance to ensure alignment to bracket pricing structures and economic order quantity initiatives.
Develop inventory recommendations for external counterparts to support consumption trends and incremental business needs.
Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs to serve while maintaining service best practices and in-stock performance.
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying root causes, standardizing best practices, and implementing scalable solutions to improve service and efficiency.
Support supply chain quality metric programs and drive process improvements that positively impact key performance indicators.
Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches, modular transitions, and other business-critical decisions.
Support new item setup, data accuracy, and ongoing item maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong data and database skills including Power BI and Excel, along with proficiency in Microsoft business applications.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience with Walmart data and analytics tools such as Scintilla or similar third-party data platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
Project management experience including planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving deliverables to completion.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Walmart or large retail customers within a consumer goods environment.
Experience with supply chain, replenishment, or demand planning processes.
Familiarity with emerging AI tools that support business decision making.
Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate differing priorities and drive solutions in a professional, customer-focused manner.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500–$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
