We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the full product life cycle as well as planning and organizing tasks related to the development and growth of the applications supported. The Product Manager will require industry knowledge and brokerage settlement processing acumen and be familiar with the Broadridge BPS platform. 

The Product Manager tracks, manages, and implements client, regulatory and industry changes to ensure their products are kept current with industry standards. The Product Manager also works closely with Clients, vendors and internal stakeholders. The product manager supports the Broadridge Sales, Professional Services, and Conversions teams to provide product guidance and support for introducing the application to new prospects and assisting with the onboarding process of firms onto the platform.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Lead all activities related to the development and support of the products assigned
  • Leads new product launches for specific product area
  • Provide client assistance to answer questions in addition to providing troubleshooting assistance for application and related issues
  • Participates in diagnosing problems and following through to resolution
  • Manages projects throughout the software development life cycle including planning and implementations
  • Coordinates signoff with internal departments and external parties for adherence to implementation timelines
  • Provides subject matter expertise on the business and internal processes as it pertains to product supported
  • Participates in providing internal and client application training as required
  • Documents user guides, use cases, workflows, testing plans, release notes, and user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Assists in planning and coordinating Client focus and working group meetings
  • Provide off hours/weekend coverage as needed and is available 24x7 in case of emergency situations
  • Maintains Product roadmap (creation, execution, go-to-market strategy and adoption)
  • Create requirements for client billable enhancements
  • Participates in special projects and in inter-departmental project assignments
  • Provide support for sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, presentations, demo’s & webinars

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Project and Product Management
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Knowledge of the US or Canadian Brokerage business
  • Knowledge of settlement processing is preferred
  • Knowledge of compliance, project management and risk practices
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Tools: TSO, Remedy, TPA, Metis, ITSM, Mainframe and Settlement Processing GUI application system

Hourly range $70-80hr
