An investment firm specialising in M&A transactions is seeking a high-calibre Assistant to the CEO. This is a pivotal role designed for a sharp, tech-savvy professional who will act as the functional backbone of the firm’s daily operations. This is a full-time role requiring some overlap with US working hours.
Executive Liaison: Host and manage high-stakes Zoom engagements with US-based professionals (bankers, attorneys, and auditors), serving as the professional face of the CEO’s office.
Legal Document Coordination: Edit and format critical M&A documentation, including NDAs, Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and Engagement Letters, ensuring absolute precision before final attorney review.
AI Workflow Innovation: Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, specifically utilising Claude, to automate deal management and streamline firm-wide operations.
Portfolio Digital Oversight: Manage the website presence and social media profiles for public company assets within the firm’s micro-cap portfolio.
Strategic Partner Outreach: Execute professional outreach to US-based partners via email and LinkedIn, maintaining a sophisticated business tone and high level of acumen.
Global Deal Coordination: Synchronise schedules and deliverables across multiple time zones, ensuring the CEO is seamlessly supported during live M&A transactions.
English Fluency: Native-level or fluent professional English (written and spoken) is essential for direct interaction with senior US finance and legal professionals.
Professional Experience: 3–7 years of experience in executive assistance, legal administration, operations coordination, or professional services.
Technical Precision: Exceptional ability to format and edit complex legal and financial documents with zero margin for error.
US Market Alignment: Full availability to overlap with US business hours (EST) for scheduled calls and real-time deal coordination.
AI Aptitude: A deep interest in emerging tech, with the ability to leverage AI tools for business process automation.

Previous experience in an investment banking, private equity, or legal environment preferable.
Knowledge of US business etiquette and international professional standards.
