About the role:

As a SAP Business Intelligence Technical lead you will be responsible for planning and managing employees and activities including development, maintenance, and enhancement projects utilizing various computing architectures. Collaborates with company customers, staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify customer requirements, assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions.

What you'll do:

• Lead an international team  (4-5 people)

• Contributes to the development of annual business application system plans, including the establishment of project priorities.

• Assesses project viability, provides updates, reports, and recommends strategies and tactics to satisfy customer needs.

• Creates periodic performance feedback sessions per the Touchpoint cadence, succession planning, individual feedback sessions, and group communication sessions.

• Making sure the system in up and running

What we're kindly looking for:

• 8+ Years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

• Experience in SAP BW on Hana Architecture and Developements, Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, AI & Automation, Business Objects and Power BI

• Knowledge of technology and tools is critical including ERP and distributed systems.
