Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product QA & Business Analyst with a strong focus on automation, product understanding, and client interaction. This is not a traditional QA or BA role. We need someone who can own QA execution, actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and translate those into effective testing and automation efforts. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations, coordinating work, and driving initiatives forward, while ensuring high-quality delivery through automation.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalents accepted).
5+ years of experience in Automation QA or hybrid QA/BA roles, preferably in FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, or similar industries.
Experience working in client-facing environments and coordinating QA activities across teams.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in product requirements and flows.

Strong understanding of:

Automation testing for web, mobile, and APIs
QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
CI/CD integration and version control workflows
Ability to translate business needs into actionable QA outputs, such as:
Test scenarios
Automation flows
QA activities

Tools and Technologies:

Automation frameworks:
Playwright (preferred)
Maestro (nice to have; YAML-based workflows are key)
API testing tools: NTH
Postman or similar
CI/CD & Version Control:
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git), including branching strategies and collaboration workflows
Product & QA Tools
Jira, Confluence, Swagger or similar tools
Domain & Security Awareness:
Basic experience or exposure to fintech products
Understanding of authentication and authorization best practices
AI Tools:
Familiarity with AI tools to support automation, QA workflows, and process optimization
