You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.
How you will contribute:
Responsible for managing distributor relationships, ensuring adequate inventory levels, executing sales programs, and expanding market presence.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth trough effective sales execution, distributor engagement, and retail development, while monitoring performance metrics to achieve company objectives.
What you will bring:
Prior Sales manager, sales representative, account coordinator, sales associate;
Food and beverage, CPG, retail background;
Hands on distributor management, track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas;
Hands on negotiation experience (Store level).
Experience in opening new accounts;
Exposure to trade marketing, retail execution and POS visibility programs;
Data driven performance tracking.
Languages: Spanish and English are required.

Additional Details:
Physical work: Ability to lift 50lbs.
50% Travel required.
