Job Description :

Cloud Engineer – Havas CSA
Location: Bogotá_Fully Remote.

CSA, the data consultancy within Havas Media Group and part of the Havas Center of Excellence team, is seeking a Cloud Engineer with a focus on optimization, maintenance, and execution of medium-complexity cloud-based data and analytics solutions.

You will work within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, contributing to the development and operational stability of systems, particularly those involving Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will execute defined tasks with a high degree of independence and support the wider team in maintaining engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions on GCP for data analytics and insights.
Support the deployment, maintenance, and scaling of ML and LLM-based solutions.
Develop and maintain reliable, secure, and high‑performance cloud infrastructure.
Automate deployment and management processes using scripting and basic IaC tools.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud services and data pipelines.
Collaborate with senior engineers on technical design and maintain clear technical documentation.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams and share cloud best practices with Strategy and Media teams.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and App/Compute Engine.
Experience building and managing ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Exposure to or strong interest in Machine Learning and LLMs on GCP.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Digital Analytics and Ad‑Tech platforms (Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Meta).
Strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
GCP certifications are a plus.
