Job description

What your new challenge will look like

Support the team in developing AI-driven solutions from a consulting perspective, focusing on strategic and business-relevant applications.

Identify and define AI agents that can streamline everyday business processes, with an emphasis on practical consulting use cases.

Contribute to the conceptual design of an AI platform tailored to business needs – without involvement in technical implementation or data science tasks.

Collaborate closely with experienced consultants to translate AI opportunities into actionable strategies internally, enabling consultants to use AI efficiently in their daily work

Analyze market trends and best practices in AI to develop innovative approaches for consulting projects.

Create concepts and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of AI solutions across different industries and business models.

Why you belong at 4flow 

You are studying Business Informatics, Logistics, Economics, or a comparable degree program, ideally at a Master’s level and have an excellent academic record.

You are passionate about complex issues in logistics and, ideally, have already gained initial practical experience, preferably in consulting or project management.
You bring solid knowledge in logistics and supply chain management, which enables you to quickly understand and support our project environments.

Your strong analytical and communication skills, as well as your interest in new technologies, set you apart.

You have excellent English skills and are proficient in using MS Office programs in a professional context.

What we offer 

Flexible working hours that fit your schedule (up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during semester breaks, with individual adjustments possible during exam periods)
