  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing initiatives, breaking down complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate progress, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, championing new technologies and processes to keep Deckers Brands at the forefront of digital innovation, including AI and automation.

Location: Remote - US

The Role

As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products that span multiple business and technology domains. You’ll serve as a critical interface between business strategy and technology execution, aligning product solutions with enterprise goals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring value delivery through well-defined outcomes. Your expertise will help prioritize initiatives and capabilities, balancing strategic alignment, operational execution, and customer-centric impact.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related work experience
  • Product Owner certification from PMP, Scrum, or similar industry
  • 8-12 years functional management experience
  • 5+ years of project management and/or product owner experience
  • Previous BSA/BA or requirements writing experience
  • Proven experience in system design and implementation, particularly with PLM systems (PTC Flex PLM required)
  • Strong background in change management and driving organizational adoption of new features and upgrades
  • Fluent in hybrid delivery methodologies and systems dependencies
  • Forward-thinking about the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI and automation
  • Brings clarity, structure, and measurable progress to strategic initiatives

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:

Goleta, California (Remote)
