Job description

Overview: Advanced Hearing Providers (AHP) specializes in coordinating comprehensive hearing healthcare services for employees with workers’ compensation claims. Representing networks, employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers, we connect injured workers with a nationwide network of credentialed hearing healthcare professionals. Our streamlined process ensures timely, high-quality care that supports recovery while simplifying case management for all parties involved.   The National Accounts Sales Director will focus on acquiring and growing strategic national accounts. This role demands a strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in managing complex, high-value client relationships across multiple regions or markets. The successful candidate will leverage deep sales expertise and consultative selling to drive significant revenue growth and position AHP as the preferred partner for large-scale hearing healthcare solutions.   This is a remote role requiring up to 75% travel. The National Accounts Sales Director reports directly to the Head of Sales and will utilize company-provided technology for all business activities.   The ideal candidate will be based in Florida, Georgia, Texas or Tennessee.     Responsibilities: - Own and drive sales growth within assigned national accounts and strategic enterprise clients. - Develop and execute account acquisition strategies targeting large employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and managed care organizations with national footprints. - Identify client needs and tailor consultative solutions that align with their workers’ compensation hearing healthcare goals. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers across client organizations. - Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and legal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations. - Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance efforts in partnership with legal advisors to mitigate risk and maximize client satisfaction. - Develop annual sales plans and forecasts for national accounts with clear revenue and growth targets. - Provide market intelligence on hearing aid technologies, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform sales strategies. - Represent AHP at national industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data, reporting progress and performance metrics to senior leadership regularly. - Leverage cross-functional influence and peer mentorship to advance organizational objectives. - Travel extensively (up to 75%) to meet with clients and prospects at national and regional levels.  Key Accountability Metrics - Achievement of national account revenue and sales growth targets. - Client retention and satisfaction scores among national accounts. - Successful contract negotiations and renewals. - Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. - Contribution to team engagement and positive sales culture. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - Minimum 7-10+ years of proven success in field-based sales with a hunter mentality, preferably managing national or strategic accounts. - Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - 5+ years experience in workers’ compensation, hearing healthcare, managed care, or related industries strongly preferred. - Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
