You will own and automate the operational backbone of a high-growth PropTech startup, standardising trust between tenants and landlords. By building systems for onboarding, underwriting, and payments from scratch, you will act as a "local CEO," directing technical work and prototyping solutions to redefine the UK rental market infrastructure.

What you will do:
Design and automate end-to-end operational workflows including tenant onboarding, payment processing, and underwriting decisions.
Partner with the engineering team to direct technical sprints while building and testing your own code prototypes.
Scale the business's efficiency by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing systemic, automated solutions across the org.
The ideal candidate:
Background as a Product Owner or "local CEO" in high-velocity environments, specifically having spent 1+ years at Revolut.
Technically fluent enough to vibe code prototypes and make informed system design decisions alongside senior engineers.
Proven track record of managing engineering, operations, and budgets with full end-to-end ownership and zero hand-holding.
