Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Full-Time

Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
In this position, the LPC provides online therapy to clients who need reliable access to mental health support. The work includes evaluating emotional and behavioral concerns, guiding treatment sessions, maintaining documentation, and helping clients build healthier patterns over time. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who values clear communication, sound judgment, and quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy services through secure video appointments
• Assess client needs and identify treatment priorities
• Create and manage individualized therapy plans
• Complete notes and clinical records within expected timelines
• Support clients with coping methods, insight building, and goal tracking
• Review client progress and update interventions when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Active LPC license in Colorado
• Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
