Affiliate Gifting Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Gifting Coordinator to manage and execute influencer and partner gifting initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand relationships by ensuring gifts are thoughtfully coordinated, packaged, and delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience working with influencer marketing, PR gifting programs, or brand partnerships, and is comfortable managing logistics, inventory tracking, and shipping coordination in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage influencer and partner gifting campaigns
• Track gifting inventory and maintain accurate records of products sent
• Manage shipping logistics to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time
• Maintain gifting databases and CRM systems with influencer and partner information
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support campaigns
• Ensure gifts are packaged and presented according to brand standards
• Monitor delivery confirmations and follow up with recipients when necessary
• Track gifting performance and provide reports on campaign impact
• Maintain organized influencer lists, shipping details, and campaign records
• Support special campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that require gifting

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics management skills
• Experience coordinating product shipments and tracking inventory
• Familiarity with influencer databases, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
