Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Pixel Implementation & Tracking Specialist to take complete ownership of tracking infrastructure across a portfolio of client accounts.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, auditing, and scaling tracking systems that deliver clean, reliable, decision-ready data across complex, multi-brand ecosystems. You will be the internal authority on pixel strategy, attribution accuracy, and tracking integrity; ensuring performance, optimization, and AI-driven insights are built on trustworthy data.

This is a hands-on, senior role requiring deep technical expertise, independent ownership, and the ability to operate confidently in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Pixel & Tracking Ownership

  • Own end-to-end pixel implementation across client accounts and multiple brands
  • Set up, manage, and audit tracking across major platforms, including:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
    • TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms
  • Ensure accurate tracking of page views, events, conversions, purchases, and custom actions
  • Establish and maintain consistent event structures and parameters across brands and funnels

2. Advanced Implementation

  • Implement and manage tracking through:
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Custom events and parameters
    • Server-side tracking where applicable
  • Handle complex tracking environments, including:
    • Multi-domain tracking
    • Multi-brand attribution setups
    • Cross-platform customer journeys
  • Ensure tracking implementations align with privacy regulations, consent requirements, and GDPR standards

3. Scaling & Optimization

  • Design scalable tracking frameworks that support rapid brand and funnel expansion
  • Proactively identify tracking gaps, risks, and inconsistencies before they impact performance
  • Optimize attribution models to better reflect real customer journeys and conversion behavior

4. Troubleshooting & Quality Control

  • Diagnose and resolve pixel discrepancies, event mismatches, and reporting inconsistencies
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity
  • Act as the escalation point for all tracking-related issues across client accounts

5. Client & Internal Team Support

  • Advise clients and internal teams on best-practice tracking strategies
  • Translate complex tracking issues into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Document implementations and maintain SOPs to ensure long-term consistency and scalability

Requirements:

Nice to Have

  • Experience with server-side tracking implementations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom setups
  • Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts
