  • Ensure creative assets are produced, approved, and delivered in the correct formats and specifications for each channel (website, email, social, paid media, affiliates) and maintain project documentation including briefs, timelines, task lists, recaps, and post-mortems.

Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Creative Director

Job Overview:

Our client is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to own the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns, including photo and video shoots. In this role, you will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and optimized to perform across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, launch-driven environments and enjoys bringing structure to creative work.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives

Plan and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and CX teams

Lead operational planning and logistics for photo and video shoots, including briefs, call sheets, shot lists, locations, talent, styling, and product needs

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors such as photographers, stylists, agencies, and studios

Ensure creative assets are produced, approved, and delivered in the correct formats and specifications for each channel (website, email, social, paid media, affiliates)

Run regular status meetings, track dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers

Maintain clear project documentation, including briefs, timelines, task lists, recaps, and post-mortems

Partner with Marketing to translate campaign strategies into detailed execution plans and campaign calendars

Requirements

Must-Have:

3–5+ years of project management or production management experience in marketing or creative environments

Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns and/or photo and video shoots

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable driving alignment across creative and non-creative stakeholders

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
