A digital growth US-based marketing agency is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to support its Paid Social team. This agency specializes in helping eCommerce brands scale through engaging, personalized creative across paid social, email, and SMS — with a strong focus on platforms like Meta and TikTok.

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for each account, ensuring creative assets, feedback, and campaign components move smoothly from concept to launch.

This is a full-time remote position that requires working during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for asset approvals, managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback across Slack, email, and other platforms.
  • Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows for each account.
  • Document clear action items after meetings and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to keep projects on schedule.
  • Support Account Managers and Creative Strategists by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Proactively address delays by communicating with internal teams and identifying solutions.
  • Maintain organized records of assets, client feedback, and approvals.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external calls.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Frame.io is a plus.
