Job description

Position: Marketing Art Director

Location: 100% remote | Global

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm PST

Contract: Long term | Independent Contractor Agreement

About the role

The Marketing Art Director will lead the visual direction and creative execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail touchpoints. This role collaborates closely with brand, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver visually cohesive, conversion-driven creative assets that reflect the brand’s identity and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Direct photo and video shoots to ensure high-impact, on-brand visuals.
  • Guide designers and content creators in maintaining consistent design language across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to adapt visuals for paid media and A/B test creative effectiveness.
  • Ensure creative aligns with marketing strategy, product goals, and eCommerce performance insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in art direction, graphic design, or visual branding (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce).
