About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Shopping), and TikTok. The ideal candidate has experience scaling ecommerce brands, is highly analytical, and can translate data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth. This role is critical to building our acquisition engine and fueling Nopalera’s next stage of expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a focus on driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies across platforms.
  • Monitor and manage daily/weekly performance against ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
  • Execute keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and CRO teams to ensure ad and landing page alignment.
  • Provide weekly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize spend and scale results.
  • Stay up to date on platform policies, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.|
