Meta Media Buyer – Oral Care / CPG

Location: Remote (must be available 09:00–18:00 PST)
Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Meta Media Buyer with deep expertise in the Oral Care category to help scale a fast-growing CPG brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands personal care consumer behavior, and has a proven track record managing high-budget Meta campaigns ($20K+ daily). Familiarity with Attentive for SMS marketing and seamless cross-channel integration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for Oral Care products
  • Manage full-funnel strategies—prospecting, retargeting, and retention—with a focus on key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
  • Integrate and execute SMS retargeting campaigns via Attentive, including segmentation and performance alignment with paid social
  • Conduct ongoing creative testing to optimize offers, messaging, and audience targeting specific to Oral Care consumers
  • Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to align ad content with category trends and performance insights
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights and performance reports for continuous optimization
  • Stay ahead of trends in Oral Care, CPG marketing, and performance advertising

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience running Meta campaigns for an Oral Care brand (Required)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience buying Meta ads in CPG or personal care categories
  • Experience managing $20K+ daily ad budgets, while consistently optimizing for ROAS
  • Proficiency in Attentive for SMS strategy, segmentation, and execution
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Deep understanding of consumer journey, subscription models, and retail tie-ins in the Oral Care space
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, creative, and analytics teams
  • A balance of data-driven mindset with creative intuition
