A well-established footwear brand with a strong digital presence is seeking a creative professional to join its fast-paced, performance-driven marketing team. Known for its high-quality products and elevated brand identity, the company operates across paid media, e-commerce, and organic channels, with a focus on visual storytelling and conversion.

Scope of the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in dynamic environments and can deliver both high- and low-fidelity creative assets for paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be supporting the paid growth team with weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels, but you’ll also contribute to broader marketing needs such as email and organic social. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling, brand-aligned visuals that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
  • Execute both high-fi and low-fi creative that aligns with brand guidelines
  • Occasionally concept static ad ideas from scratch
  • Support occasional design needs for email, organic social, and brand marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with performance-driven creative strategies
  • Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, remote environments
  • Interest in contributing to broader brand storytelling and marketing efforts
