Role Overview

OverCast Digital, a triple-certified TikTok Shop Partner, is seeking an Influencer Specialist to scale our creator and affiliate network. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing TikTok creators to drive awareness and sales through TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit TikTok creators aligned with campaign and merchant goals.
• Manage onboarding process (contracts, briefs, product seeding).
• Coordinate campaign deliverables end-to-end.
• Track and report on influencer performance (sales, engagement, ROI).
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships.
• Monitor TikTok trends to inform content strategy.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or social commerce.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer platforms, and creator culture.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships.
• Proficiency in English required.
