About the Role

We’re hiring a strategic SEO Marketing Specialist to elevate our organic search visibility, dominate local rankings, and generate consistent long-term leads for our growing property management business. What You’ll Do

🔍 On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Optimize landing pages, blogs, and listings for high-intent local keywords (e.g., "property management [city]", "apartments for rent [neighborhood]").
  • Improve site performance (site speed, mobile UX, schema markup) for better indexing and crawlability.
  • Conduct regular technical audits and resolve issues impacting search visibility.

📍 Local SEO Domination

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across target locations.
  • Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) consistency across online directories (Yelp, Bing, industry platforms).
  • Drive reviews, Q&A engagement, and map pack visibility.

✍️ Content Strategy & Execution

  • Create and manage an SEO-driven content calendar with blogs, city guides, and FAQs (e.g., “Best Neighborhoods for Renters in [City]”).
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce compelling, keyword-rich assets.
  • Identify and target featured snippet or People Also Ask (PAA) opportunities.

📈 Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
  • Analyze performance, report on ROI, and refine strategies to beat local competition.
