Job Overview:

We are one of California’s top personal injury law firms, recognized for its results-driven approach, aggressive legal strategy, and a growing online presence. We're expanding our brand across multiple digital platforms and are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to blend bold design with smart messaging to drive attention and build trust — all in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, web, email campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, and print materials
• Create visual content that communicates complex legal topics in a clean and digestible way
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop branded assets in line with Arash Law's identity
• Assist in the development of Spanish-first design strategies for legal clients in LATAM and U.S. Spanish-speaking markets
• Produce infographics, quote cards, testimonial visuals, and educational design content
• Manage multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent grammar and visual communication skills
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, media, or legal services
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team setting
