We are one of the United State's top personal injury law firms, known for aggressive representation, powerful branding, and a data-driven approach to digital growth. We're expanding fast and looking for a Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences, especially across social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily in Meta Ads / Facebook) targeting Spanish-speaking audiences
• Optimize campaign performance across platforms, focusing on leads, conversions, and ROI
• Write and test ad copy in native Spanish, aligned with the company’s voice and legal standards
• Monitor performance data daily and make real-time adjustments to creative, targeting, and budgets
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to build effective ad funnels
• A/B test creative, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign success
• Produce and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent written communication skills
• 3+ years of media buying or digital advertising experience — especially in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or YouTube
• Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• For Meta needs to be an expert at lead generation specifically on the legal side
• Experience managing ad budgets and scaling successful campaigns
• Familiarity with Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM and/or U.S. Hispanic audiences)
• Comfortable working remotely, independently, and meeting tight deadlines
