We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for remote positions across technical and non-technical functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT recruiting experience who can also support hiring across a wide range of business roles. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to attract top talent, manage hiring pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Duties / Task to perform
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-technical remote roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with hiring goals.
- Partner with account managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through resume review, interviews, and structured evaluations.
- Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across relevant hiring platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Conduct interviews and candidate preparation sessions, assessing technical and soft skills as needed.
- Support background checks, reference checks, and employment verification processes.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Participate in networking, sourcing initiatives, and online communities to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Administer employee referral processes and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Manage candidate communication through WhatsApp Business and shared email inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting for IT roles.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for remote positions, including both technical and non-technical roles.
- Solid understanding of IT profiles, technologies, and current hiring trends.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical and interpersonal competencies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing candidate expectations and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- High level of organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and ATS or recruitment software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm VET
For candidates residing in Maracaibo, during the first three months, you will need to work on-site at the Valle Frio office. After this period, your schedule will transition to a hybrid model, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
