[우대사항]
  • 관련 경험 1년 혹은 그 이상 (인턴 또는 단기 계약 포함)
  • 교육 프로그램 운영 또는 프로젝트 코디네이션 경험
  • 영어로 이메일 작성 및 간단한 미팅 참여가 가능한 분

 

[고용형태]

  • 1년 4개월 자체 기간제 계약직(산휴대체-정규직 전환 없음)

[복리후생]

  • 연봉 : 최소 3,300만원 이상
  • 근무시간 : 09:30~18:00 (1일 총 7.5시간 근무(30분 단축근무), 주 37.5시간 근무)

[Core Duties]

  • Plan and operate key L&D (Learning & Development) programs
    • Support new employee onboarding programs
    • Coordinate and manage classroom-based training sessions
    • Administer language support programs
    • Assist in individual development and talent management programs for key employees
    • Support the operation of various related learning programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the Seoul office, strengthen employees’ self-directed learning capabilities, and contribute to organizational goals through career development
  • Manage schedules, communication, and data, and handle all administrative tasks required for the smooth execution of training programs
  • Plan and implement diverse learning and employee development initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members across Greenpeace East Asia offices

  • Strong interest and passion in talent development, HRD/L&D, or internal training and education

  • Ability to collaborate with multinational colleagues (basic to intermediate English communication skills required)

[Preferred Requirements]

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or short-term contracts)
  • Experience in training program operations or project coordination
  • Ability to write emails in English and participate in basic meeting

[Contract type]

- Fixed-term contract (16 months, maternity leave cover, non-convertible to permanent)

Purpose and Scope of the Job

The post holder will assist the Staff Development Unit to implement and coordinate staff learning and development programs, to ensure Greenpeace East Asia staff would be equipped with the necessary competencies and skill sets to meet organisational objectives. 
S/he will work closely with stakeholders such as colleagues, trainers, and external vendors. This role involves multiple concurrent daily deadlines, ability to prioritization and time management with little supervision. The post holder should work effectively as a team player and individual on assignments. Being flexible and adaptive to changes will be a key to success as well.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide logistics and administrative support in sourcing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting group training and development programs.
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs.
  • Provide support in monitoring ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness.
  • Provide support in developing instructional training material and aids when necessary, such as visual aids, online tutorials, etc; and supporting training reference documentation. 
  • Maintain and update the training record database and ensure all training records are complete and accurate.
  • Implement and monitor organizational-wide staff development programs in each office as required.
  • Support and contribute towards general staff activities as required.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
