Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this advanced-level role, you will perform testing, calibration, preventative maintenance, installation, and repair on a wide range of equipment, including laboratory instrumentation, medical devices, kiosk systems, and high-voltage UPS and power distribution equipment.

You will serve as a key customer-facing representative, delivering exceptional service while contributing to team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and system upgrades
• Install, test, and verify functionality of equipment across multiple platforms
• Serve as a subject matter expert across various products and technical modalities
• Support intermediate to highly complex service work
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and operational success
• Follow EMSAR and OEM quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Manage and document all service activities in the CMMS system
• Provide timely service updates, reporting, and escalation communication
