Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
5-10+ years of experience in marketing technology or CRM solution architecture
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Proven experience designing and delivering complex marketing automation solutions
Requirements:
Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce for Marketing implementations
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives; define data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies
Oversee implementation of Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.) and design Agentforce-driven marketing workflows and AI-powered engagement strategies
Architect integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party platforms; define data governance, segmentation strategies, and customer data unification approaches
