Solution Architect – Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Agentforce for Marketing
Location: Remote
11 Months Contract


Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce for Marketing solutions. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing marketing technology architectures that enable personalized customer engagement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong architectural thinking, and hands-on experience delivering complex, cross-channel marketing solutions integrated with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce for Marketing implementations
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies
  • Establish best practices for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web personalization, etc.)
Implementation & Delivery
  • Oversee implementation of Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.)
  • Design and implement Agentforce-driven marketing workflows and AI-powered engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide technical leadership during all phases of the project lifecycle
Integration & Data Strategy
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party platforms
  • Define data governance, segmentation strategies, and customer data unification approaches
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and security across marketing systems
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and define solutions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Innovation & Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and personalization to enhance marketing performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, journeys, and system performance
  • Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem updates and emerging marketing technologies

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in marketing technology or CRM solution architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex marketing automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and/or server-side scripting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agentforce for Marketing or similar AI-driven marketing platforms
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Architect, Salesforce Solution Architect)
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and personalization engines
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data compliance frameworks
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments
