Job Overview
The Franchise Sales Associate at GBC Food Services, LLC plays a pivotal role in expanding our brand through the sale of franchise opportunities. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new franchise sales while working with potential franchisees from the initial inquiry through the franchise agreement signing.
This is an outside sales position, requiring the majority of time spent traveling and conducting in-person sales at client locations, trade shows, industry events, and other off-site venues. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a strategic sales approach, and an ability to work independently.
Due to the nature of our business, knowledge of Burmese and Chin languages is required for this position.
