  • Verify orders, load trucks in a safe, organized, and logical sequence, and adjust routes to enhance customer service and efficiency
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with a positive attitude every step of the way and be available to work weekends and select holidays

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Maintain DOT logs in full compliance with regulations.
  • Follow URM safety standards at all times—safety first, always.
  • Accurately unload customer orders case by case, handling products ranging from 1 to 80 pounds using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lift gates.
  • Unload product from trailers with three temperature-controlled zones: Frozen (0 to -5°C), Chilled (35–40°C), and Ambient (room temperature).
  • Adjust and configure routes as needed to enhance customer service and efficiency.
  • Support smooth, productive operations for both company and product flow.
  • Verify orders to ensure the correct products are loaded and delivered.
  • Load trucks in a safe, organized, and logical sequence.
  • Secure all loads properly before transport.
  • Perform duties in all types of weather conditions—rain or shine.
  • Be available to work weekends and select holidays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with a positive attitude every step of the way.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience strongly preferred.
  • Food service and/or route delivery experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of reading, understanding, and following instructions accurately.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Physically able to lift, push, or move freight averaging 40–80 pounds, with occasional loads up to 100 pounds.
  • Flexible availability to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

License or Certification Required:

  • In accordance with FMCSA regulations, applicants must be 21 years of age or older to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle in interstate commerce. This role includes deliveries across Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
  • Valid Class A CDL required.
  • Doubles endorsement preferred—or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.
  • Current DOT medical card required.
  • Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

  • Our full scale wage is $33.21 per hour, our starting wage is determined by verifiable experience and certifications as shown in the examples below:
  • 0-5 months experience - $27.23 per hour
  • 6 months experience - $28.23 per hour
  • 12 months experience - $29.56 per hour
  • 18 months experience - $31.88 per hour
  • 24 months or more experience - $33.21 per hour (full scale)
