At a glance:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised team player to support our Office Manager in our North Sydney office. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office of around 50 colleagues, while also assisting with administrative and financial tracking tasks.
Your flexibility, initiative, and willingness to grow with the role will be highly valued as you become a key part of our office operations.
Your Impact:
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, managing visitors, phone calls, Australia Post mail and the shared info.au inbox
Support cross‑functional stakeholders across APAC and Europe, working effectively across time zones
Serve as 2IC to the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, coordinating office supplies, services and vendor relationships
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR and IT to ensure smooth setup and return of equipment and access
Maintain accurate asset registers for both offices and support vendor account management
Manage telecom accounts for approximately 150 associates and coordinate travel support for local and international staff
Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and support accurate cost‑centre allocation to maintain strong financial controls

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a hybrid office support role
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
A positive, proactive, and can‑do attitude
Willingness to learn new systems and processes, with confidence using Excel and everyday technology
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, invoicing, or a similar role is beneficial
Enthusiastic newcomers to office administration with a strong interest in learning and growing on the job are also encouraged to apply
Able to balance professionalism with a sense of fun at work
