Job description

• Build prospect lists using provided sources and research tools
• Identify companies that may benefit from fractional CFO or HR services
• Conduct cold outreach through calls and email follow-ups
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client
• Enter and maintain accurate prospect information in CRM systems (HubSpot and HoneyBook)
• Generate additional leads through online research and prospecting tools
• Provide light administrative support when needed, including CRM updates and workflow organization
