Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence/Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling
At least 2 full project implementations through go-live
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with mentoring/leadership of colleagues
Strong analytical skills to understand, analyze and solve explicit and implicit requirements

Requirements:

Contribute as the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence/Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling resource on projects, delivering Time & Labour solutions
Work independently and as part of a team; mentor and develop junior colleagues
Deliver implementations through go-live across at least two full projects
Understand, analyze, and translate explicit and implicit requirements into technical solutions

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence/Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling resource, with Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling

Must have Absence/Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling resource, with Time and Labour and Workforce Scheduling. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues. Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live. Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
