As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and play a key role in shaping hiring strategy, driving end-to-end recruitment processes, and continuously improving best practices. You will own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with leaders across all business functions to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments, such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent across EMEA as well as the Americas and APAC.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance on hiring best practices.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across all business functions, ensuring proactive engagement with high-quality candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
Manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting established timelines and hiring targets.
Define and track recruitment benchmarks and KPIs, ensuring data-driven prioritization and reporting.
Lead offer negotiations, particularly for roles with variable compensation structures (e.g., sales and consulting positions).
Draft and prepare employment contracts for hires across EMEA as well as the Americas and APAC, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, country-specific regulations, and internal policies.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in corporate and/or executive search recruitment, ideally within global organizations.
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including technical, operational, commercial, and corporate roles at both individual contributor and management levels.
Strong experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including advanced sourcing methodologies.
Demonstrated success building sales talent pipelines across the full GTM spectrum.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, talent market mapping, and recruitment technologies.
Experience working with ATS platforms to manage, track, and report on candidate pipelines.
Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills, particularly for commercial roles with commission-based compensation models.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Fluency in Polish and English (required)
