Weโ€™re looking for a Full-time Mobile App Acquisition Manager to join our team and build a pipeline of highly profitable app acquisitions. ๐Ÿš€ Are you ready to take ownership of end-to-end deal sourcing, financial evaluation, and post-acquisition handover?



What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Deal Sourcing & Outreach: Identify mobile apps with high ROI potential where our expertise can unlock significant value. Monitor store rankings and utilize ASO tools like Sensor Tower and AppTweak to spot targets. Handle cold outreach and build trust with indie devs and small studios.
  • Screening & Due Diligence: Quickly assess an app's worth by estimating downloads, revenue mismatches, and store ratings. Deep dive into store listings and user funnels, benchmarking against competitors.
  • Financial Evaluation: Build simple valuation models utilizing revenue multiples and payback periods. Define the max acquisition price and expected ROI.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations on price and payment structures (upfront, earn-out), handle seller objections, and seamlessly coordinate the transfer of App Store / Play Store ownership and codebase assets.
  • Post-Acquisition Collaboration: Document key issues and quick wins to brief our internal Product, UA, and Monetization teams. You will collaborate closely with these teams to ensure a smooth handover, helping them understand how to unlock the app's value so they can execute the growth and ASO optimization roadmap.

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Skilled Communicator & Negotiator: You are comfortable reaching out to strangers, building trust, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Autonomous & Detail-Oriented: You take full ownership to run the pipeline independently from sourcing to handover. You pay deep attention to the details needed for due diligence and smooth store transfers.
  • โšก Productivity Hacker: You know how to leverage tools, email outreach automations, and AI to scale your tasks and work smarter, not harder.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Technically Literate: You understand App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and mobile app structures at a high level.
  • โญ Bonus points if you have: User-centric product sense, experience with A/B testing, and deep knowledge of app monetization like paywalls, subscriptions, and ad monetization.

Interview Process If you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email with a booking link for your initial interview.

  1. HR interview that will last between 30-45 minutes.
  2. Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 1 week to complete it).
  3. Final Interview with your potential team lead
