Senior regional management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage regional sales targets and budgets
Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Marketing, HR)
Experience in training, talent development, and HR coordination including recruitment and IDP planning
Requirements:
Lead and develop regional managers and sales teams; conduct performance reviews, coaching, and monthly/quarterly business discussions with regional leaders and central teams
Plan and monitor regional sales targets and budgets; translate company strategy into regional product development plans and market activity programs
Coordinate training and professional development; conduct quarterly trainings and develop individual development plans; oversee HR recruitment coordination for regional staff
Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Central Marketing, KA/Business Managers, HR, and local customers; monitor field performance and ensure timely reports and recommendations
