  • Proven experience in developing innovative sales strategies, managing direct sales and channel routes to market, P&L management, and achieving commercial growth in international/matrix environments.
  • Knowledge of the diagnostics product market in Latin America.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese; willing/able to travel up to 50 days per year within LATAM.

Requirements:

  • Establish coherent and state-of-the-art sales strategy and tactics for LATAM, considering competitive intelligence.
  • Optimize the sales group structure, field force, and sales channel setup to support regional needs and allocate resources to regional priorities.
  • Drive top-line growth through coordination, training, and allocation of distributors and field force, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to manage sales resource demands.
  • Develop pre-launch sales plans for all new products within the planning horizon.

The Regional Sales Manager, Latin America is responsible for managing, coaching/developing, selecting, and terminating distributors for Radiometer, in addition to selective go-direct efforts. The tools to deliver this growth are; 1) working with distributors to drive growth in the markets with the full Radiometer portfolio  2) obtaining regulatory market access for new additions to the Radiometer product lines, 3) collaborating with Radiometer Corporate to build effective campaigns and promoting the knowledge of POC testing, 4) collaborating with local LATAM Danaher Diagnostic resources to find synergies 5) building strong business cases supporting investments in the channel(s).

This position reports to the Regional General Manager and is part of the commercial LATAM team in Radiometer Americas located in Sao Paolo, Brazil and will be working remotely to cover Brazil and the rest of the LATAM Region.   

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure the development of pre-launch sales plans for all new products within the planning horizon.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Administration or a technical background as a Bioengineer
  • Long standing experience in developing innovating sales strategies, managing both direct sales force and channel routes to market, profit and loss management, achieving commercial growth, and in international and matrix managed environments.
  • Knowledge of the diagnostics product market in Latin America
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, Spanish and Portuguese

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Availability of international trips up to 50 days per year within the region, flexible schedule

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • MS CRM and MS Outlook
  • Motivating people with different background and skill levels to create a cohesive and focused team.
