Our Legal Sector Services group is seeking a Manager – Mass Tort Services who will be responsible for high level oversight and management of large, multi-faceted Mass Tort projects. This manager may also supervise the work of interns, staff, and other consultants.
Our highly experienced professionals take a multidisciplinary approach to settlement administration projects, leveraging proprietary technology to manage each litigation program from start to finish. Whether the project involves the administration of a class action, mass arbitration, or mass tort, ranging in size from hundreds to millions of claimants, our team has the experience and scalability to deliver effective claims resolution services.

Leads, directs, and manages projects and multi-disciplinary tasks within scope of program or project.
Manages all phases of a program including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other contract requirements.
Guides projects and programs to fulfill client, stakeholder and PM goals, commitments and criteria.
Ensures that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met.
Serves as one of the firm’s primary contacts with the client regarding project status, progress, scope, schedule and budget
Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and keeps current on compliance-related areas.
Exhibits excellent client service skills including the identification of opportunities to provide additional services to clients and/or non-clients.
Builds and maintains trusted relationships with diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts.
5+ years of experience in settlement administration or litigation related field
2+ years overseeing Mass Tort and/or Class Action claims administration projects or comparable experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or related credential is preferred.
Technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel.
