Candidate Support Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between regional recruiters and candidates, guiding individuals through each stage of the recruitment process with empathy, clarity and purpose.

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027 (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Fully remote role: although aligned to our Upavon office, this role can be carried out from home
  • Future opportunities: while this role is project-based, there may be opportunities for permanent roles as the programme develops
  • Recruitment timeline: due to the project timeline, all applicants can expect to hear from us with an update by the end of April

What you’ll be doing

  • support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity
  • keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
  • take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
  • suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
  • collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
