Clario is seeking an experienced medical and scientific leader to drive the strategic and long-term medical and scientific capabilities of the respiratory business. This role is responsible for determining, articulating, and executing vision, mission, strategies, and tactics across the business unit and global operations to enhance the relevant scientific expertise both internally and externally.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support and maintain scientific expertise in client interactions, including the proposal writing and sales process, customer visits for protocol design and review of study results, FDA panel meetings, expert advisory meetings, etc.
Manage relationship with key opinion leaders in scientific communities
Assist in scientific training of study personnel
Maximize scientific excellence and scientific value of studies to ensure quality and integrity of all project deliverables
Promotes bookings growth by ensuring appropriate scientific coverage for protocol/RFP reviews, capabilities meetings, bid defenses, and face-to-face meetings with clients
Guide and help prioritize the product roadmap to deliver more value for our sponsors, patients and studies
Support identification of new product enhancements and opportunities leveraging
Define, develop and execute medical and science affairs network of professionals for scale and differentiated clinical support
Continually pursuing demand generation initiatives focused on existing or novel capabilities
Support the expansion of relevant BU services through science and scientific offerings
Frequent liaisons with sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and investigator sites' staff
Help others to achieve results
Maintains Professional and Technical Knowledge by:
Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training
Attending educational and professional training workshops
Benchmarking state-of-the-art and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Look For
Medical Degree Required
Pharmaceutical and/or medical industry experience
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all internal and external customers
Interact with all customers appropriately and professionally
Relevant scientific research experience within area of expertise
Established record within area of expertise
Clinical Trial management and operational experience
Organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Positive, results-oriented track record
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to business needs
Practical and technical knowledge of therapeutic area
Ability to lead team and direct sponsors
Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
