We are looking for experienced SAP Basis Administrators with a global technology leader. This is a remote position, open only to candidates based in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara or Coahuila

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 SAP Basis support and issue resolution.

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment.

• Perform system performance tuning, system upgrades, and support ABAP/JAVA stacks.

• Plan and execute Support Package upgrades and system refreshes.

• Apply SAP Notes and KBAs as corrective actions.

• Handle backup/restore procedures and language/application installations.

Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration.

• Experience with multiple SAP components as many as  possible from the list:
  Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA , SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database Administration

• Proficient with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM.

• Experience in Linux environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and system optimization capabilities. 

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Remote (Mexico-based: CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara or Coahuila only)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
