Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and flexible post-licensure programs, such as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program and graduate certificates. Opportunity at a Glance
This position provides strategic leadership and uses data-informed approaches to develop and implement applied practice experiences (field work or practica) in a program curriculum consistent with the vision of the program and the competencies specified by the accrediting body. This role leads efforts to recruit, develop, supervise, and provide ongoing support to practice/field sites and practice/field preceptors/instructors. The position initiates and maintains collaborative partnerships with students and leads internal and external organizations to advance practice experience/field education awareness. This individual supervises faculty who teach practice/field courses, and works closely with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure that all practice/field courses are aligned with the program curriculum and students are receiving the maximum experience while engaging in their practice/field experience. This position works in a team environment, providing leadership and support to ensure compliance with program goals and accreditation guidelines.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $124,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
