MVTrac is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of Motorola Solutions. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. Job Description

This Supervisor position will be responsible for assisted tasks for their Manager and daily tracking of all case workers in the Impound department.
A successful Supervisor will assist Managers in all day-to-day operational activities for the assigned recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for direct report Manager and front line staff
  • Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol.
  • Documenting and processing client requests.
  • Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed
  • Review Fee requests for accuracy and submission to lender.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in Impounds related experience
  • Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
  • Client (auto finance) experience
  • High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
  • Servant leader attitude willing to invest and grow team members to support MVTrac clients.
  • Working knowledge of websites and protocols involving Impounds and state requirements

Target Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.


Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  
  • 2+ years experience in supervisory role
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
