Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong phone communication skills with fluency in German (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; strong data entry and accuracy
  • Team player with flexibility, resilience, and ability to self-organize to meet deadlines
  • Call center experience or prior telephonic customer contact is a plus

Requirements:

  • Conduct telephone updates of partner business addresses in the German grocery retail sector
  • Compare master data for customers and promptly update changes in the database
  • Perform online research to gather information relevant to master data
  • Participate in internal trainings to prepare and support tasks

Du bist kommunikationsstark am Telefon und scheust nicht die direkte Ansprache von Marktleitern des deutschen Lebensmittelhandels, um die NIQ Stammdaten abzugleichen? Du hast Freude in einem kleinen Team mit attraktiven Arbeitszeiten zu arbeiten und legst Wert auf Genauigkeit, um deine Ergebnisse aus den Telefonaten in eine Datenbank einzutragen? Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem Call-Center gesammelt?

Dann suchen wir dich ab zur Verstärkung unseres Trade Dimensions-Teams als 

 

Werkstudent Store Research (m/w/d)

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

  • Telefonische Aktualisierung der Geschäftsadressen unserer Partner im deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel;
  • Vergleich von Stammdaten für unsere Kunden und zeitnahes Einpflegen von Änderungen in unsere Datenbank;
  • Recherche relevanter Informationen im Internet, die für unsere Stammdaten relevant sind;
  • Teilnahme an internen Schulungen, zur Vorbereitung und Unterstützung deiner Aufgaben.

 

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Du bist versiert im telefonischen Austausch und verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
  • Du beherrschst das Microsoft Office Paket sicher;
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit setzen wir voraus;
  • Talent zur Selbstorganisation und Einhaltung von Zeitvorgaben und Timings;
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift;
  • Call-Center-Erfahrung oder Erfahrungen aus anderen Bereichen mit telefonischen Kundenkontakt sind von Vorteil.
