Position Overview
Our construction team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration installations from blueprint to completion. Whether you’re learning the trade, leading a crew in the field, or managing multiple projects, you’ll be part of a team committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence.

These are field-driven roles where teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail are essential. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a culture of professionalism and high performance.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Depending on your experience level and position, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with or leading refrigeration installation projects
• Reading and executing blueprints and construction drawings
• Building walk-ins and reach-ins
• Running line sets, brazing, and completing electrical connections
• Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment
• Managing project timelines and schedules
• Monitoring job costs and material usage
• Participating in job site and department meetings
• Maintaining job site safety and enforcing PPE protocols
• Performing quality control checks to meet company standards
• Training and mentoring team members

• Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems (varies by role)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Leadership capabilities (Foreman & Project Manager roles)
