We’re hiring a Bilingual Technical Project Manager (UX/UI Focus) to lead client-facing digital and product-driven initiatives. If you combine technical project leadership with user-centered design thinking and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 🎯 Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Proven experience managing UX/UI, digital product, or SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of product design lifecycles, user-centered design, and agile delivery.
- Experience working with design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Background in tech environments (SaaS, platforms, digital products, startups preferred). 💻
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Design, Engineering, Product, or related field. 🎓
- PMP, CSM, Scrum, or Agile certification preferred. 📘
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 🌎
- Strong communication with designers, developers, product teams, and executives. 🗣️
- Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and client-facing environments. 👥
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven. 💪
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 🧠
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. ⏱️
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative leadership style. ✨
- Proficient in JIRA, Figma, Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Based in Latin America, with reliable internet and a modern laptop. 💻
What you'll do
- 📋 What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end digital, product, and UX/UI-driven projects from discovery to delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and design execution plans.
- Align UX/UI strategy with business goals and product roadmaps.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. 🎯
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives. 🔁
- Oversee UX/UI workflows, design systems, and design-to-development handoffs. 🎨
- Run client check-ins and internal syncs to ensure alignment and transparency. 📞
- Track dependencies, risks, and blockers while proactively managing change. 🚦
- Deliver structured status reports, timelines, and performance metrics. 📊
- Coordinate usability testing, feedback loops, and iteration cycles. 🧪
- Support strategic planning across 30/60/90-day roadmaps. 🗓️
- Ensure consistent project delivery standards, documentation, and best practices. 📘
- Act as the bridge between product vision, UX strategy, and technical execution.
