Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management with proven experience managing UX/UI, digital product, or SaaS projects
  • Strong understanding of product design lifecycles, user-centered design, and agile delivery; experience with design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Design, Engineering, Product, or related field; PMP, CSM, Scrum, or Agile certification preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and client-facing environments; proficient with JIRA, Figma, Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365; based in Latin America
